WHO CAN ENTER AND HOW TO ENTER
• The Draw is open to:
- Existing JPM PI clients (individuals who have invested with JPM PI before)
- New JPM PI clients (individuals who have not yet invested with JPM PI)
and, in each case who meet the eligibility requirements in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the JPM PI Standard Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms and Conditions”).
• You will need to have at least one of the following eligible products to take part: Stocks and Shares ISA (“ISA”) or General Investment Account (“Eligible Products”).
• Our Personal Pension, Lifetime ISA and Junior ISA are excluded from this offer.
• The Draw is open between 00:00 on 1 August 2026 and 23:59 on 31 August 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
• To be entered, we require at least one Direct Debit payment of £1+ into your ISA or General Investment Account. As set out below, you will need to follow the steps in the app or dashboard to set up your Direct Debit by 31 August 2026 but you have until 12 October 2026 for your Direct Debit payment to be made. This is to allow time for the Direct Debit monthly payment cycle to complete. The draw will take place by 19 October 2026 and Prizes awarded in November (see below at ‘Prize Winners and Receiving the Prize’).
• For existing clients you will need to, during the Entry Period:
- Register via the Draw registration webpage
- Have an existing Direct Debit that is set up to contribute funds of £1 or more into at least one Eligible Product or set up a new Direct Debit that is set up to contribute funds of £1 or more into at least one Eligible Product
- To set up a Direct Debit, go to the contributions menu on your dashboard or tap the £ icon in your app, select pay in monthly and follow the steps (See our Paying into your account page)
and, to have an eligible entry for the Draw, following registration at least one payment needs to have been made into an Eligible Product by Direct Debit between 1 August 2026 and 23:59 on 12 October 2026.
• For new clients you will need to, during the Entry Period:

- Open at least one Eligible Product and set up a Direct Debit as follows:
1) When you open your Eligible Product, you need to contribute at least the standard minimum investment amount for that Eligible Product, as set out in the Standard Terms and Conditions (and below at 2). Your initial investment contribution cannot be by Direct Debit so you will need to set up your Direct Debit after opening your Eligible Product (3) below)
2) The minimum investment amounts are as follows: for our General Investment Account and ISA the amount is £500; for our Income Investing style, the amount is £10,000 regardless of which product you choose

4) To set up a Direct Debit, go to the contributions menu on your dashboard or tap the £ icon in your app, select pay in monthly and follow the steps (See our Paying into your account page) and, to have an eligible entry for the Draw, following registration at least one payment needs to have been made into an Eligible Product by Direct Debit between 1 August 2026 and 23:59 on 12 October 2026.
HOW ENTRANTS ARE COLLATED
• We will validate and collate the eligible entrants for the Draw after 12 October 2026 in order for the next Direct Debit payment cycle to complete and entrants to have had at least one payment following registration. Direct Debits can take time to process so this timeframe gives time for mandates to complete, and the amount paid in via Direct Debit to show in your JPM PI account once we have collected it from your bank.
• You will only receive one entry for the Draw, capped at one entry per eligible client who meets the Draw requirements and there’s a limit of one Prize (as defined below) for each winning entrant.
• For the purposes of this Draw:
- Internal transfers between JPM PI products belonging to the same client are excluded
- You cannot contribute to an 100% cash pot
• This offer can be used in conjunction with other offers advertised by JPM PI.
• You must register for the Draw during the Entry Period (as Direct Debit contributions made without registering will not count towards an entry).
• You must remain a client of JPM PI with a JPM PI account when we draw the winners and until the Prize has been fulfilled and paid into your JPM PI account (see below).
• The Standard Terms and Conditions also apply and govern how JPM PI provides investment services to you. You will need to meet and comply with these terms and the Standard Terms and Conditions in order to enter this Draw. Please note that, while the minimum Direct Debit contribution for this offer is £1, as per the Standard Terms and Conditions, you need to make and maintain an investment of at least £500 in your ISA or General Investment Account in order for investments to be made.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?
• The prizes (each a “Prize”, and together the “Prizes”) are:
i. 1 Prize of £10,000 cash (“First Prize”)
ii. 100 Prizes of £100 cash (“Second Prize”)
to be paid into your JPM PI account.
• The winners will be randomly chosen by 19 October 2026 by JPM PI and receive their Prize as a cash payment into their JPM PI account by 6 November 2026. Prizes will be paid into your JPM PI account as a cash payment and held as “unallocated cash”.
• We reserve the right to substitute each Prize with something of equal or greater value.
• Prizes are not negotiable, exchangeable or transferable by the winner. The Prize must not be auctioned, resold or advertised for sale. If we become aware that any Prize has been auctioned, resold, transferred or advertised for sale, JPM PI may withdraw the Prize from the individual.
PRIZE WINNERS AND RECEIVING THE PRIZE
• All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a Prize. Note, the validity of the entry will be assessed after 12 October 2026 to enable the Direct Debit payment cycle to occur.
• All Prize winners will be randomly chosen from all valid entries by 19 October 2026.
• We will notify all Prize winners by 26 October 2026 by contacting you using the contact information (email address, phone number and/or secure messaging via your JPM PI web dashboard) that you have provided in your JPM PI account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided to JPM PI is up to date.
• Second Prize winners do not need to respond to claim their Prize as Second Prizes will be paid into winning entrants’ JPM PI account in accordance with these terms (see below).
• In order to claim the First Prize, the winning entrant needs to be contactable by phone, respond to and provide the information requested by JPM PI and provide their acceptance within 5 days of being notified.
• If a winner fails to claim the First Prize, they will forfeit the First Prize and JPM PI may redraw a new winner. In the event of a redraw, we will contact the replacement winner/s as soon as possible after the redraw. They will have 5 days to respond to the notification by accepting the First Prize and providing any information requested by JPM PI.
• Each Prize will be paid into the winning entrants’ JPM PI account and held as “unallocated cash”. You will be notified that you have cash waiting for allocation. You can then choose which pot to allocate this cash to, or submit a request to withdraw the “unallocated cash”.
• The “unallocated cash” sits within your JPM PI account, but it is not part of an ISA, JISA, LISA or pension tax wrapper. If you want to add this to a JPM PI pot or withdraw to your bank account, you can do so from the account. Adding the cash to an ISA, LISA, JISA or personal pension will be treated as a contribution into the tax wrapper and is subject to contribution limits under the relevant tax rules of each tax product. Clients are responsible for all contributions into a tax wrapper and should check that any such contributions do not exceed allowable contribution limits.
• We will not accept a Prize being accepted by a third party on behalf of a winning entrant.
• We do not accept any responsibility if you do not, or if you are unable to, take up a Prize.
• You accept that our decisions regarding the operation and execution of this Draw are final, and that we will not enter any correspondence or discussion about the Draw.
