How the offer works
You can get 0.3% management fees as an employee of J.P. Morgan. You can also apply these lower fees to a friend or family member's account, as long as you both live in the UK.
New to J.P. Morgan Personal Investing?
- Enter your J.P. Morgan email address in the form below, and use the same email address when you sign up up for an account with us. You can change it to your personal email address later by contacting: support@personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com
- Add your friend or family member's email to the form too to extend the offer. If they’re not already a client, they can sign up for an account at any time using that same email address. If you don’t yet know who you’d like to add, you can email support@personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com anytime with their email and account number (starting NE) to add them.
- You'll both then get the lower fee within 30 days of your first traded date.
Already a client?
- Message support@personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com from your J.P. Morgan email address requesting the lower rate to be applied to your existing account. Include the email address registered to your J.P. Morgan Personal Investing account and your account number starting with 'NE'.
- To extend the lower fee to a friend or family member, make sure they have already signed up with us. Then email us from your J.P. Morgan email address and include your friend's email address and account number (starting with NE).
- Once we've received your email, we'll apply the lower fee to their account within 30 days.
Things to note
You can extend the offer to your friend or family member at any time by emailing support@personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com. You'll need:
- Your J.P. Morgan Personal Investing account number and email
- Your chosen person's email and their account number
- To send the email from your J.P. Morgan email address
Your family member or friend will need to have invested for the lower fee to be applied. Also, your reduced rate will apply to any Junior ISA you open with us and, though it is for another person, will not count as your one nominated family member or friend.

1. Our reduced management fee offer
a) These Offer T&Cs are for our employee reduced management fee offer (the “Offer”).
b) The reduced management fee you will receive depends on the Investment Style you select.
1) For all Products with a Fully Managed, Socially Responsible Investing, Income Investing*, Thematic Investing or Smart Alpha Investment Style, you will pay the following reduced management fee:
· 0.3% per year of the total value invested
*Note on Income Investing: under our separate introductory promotion for Income Investing, all customers pay 0% portfolio management fees on their Income Investing pot(s) in 2025. This Offer is available for Income Investing from 1 January 2026 at 00:00 as follows:
· If you have already taken up this Offer, the 0.3% fee rate will apply automatically from 1 January 2026 at 00:00. Otherwise, you will pay the standard Nutmeg fees and charges which cover Income Investing (as set out in our Schedule of Fees and Charges) unless you take up this Offer.
2) For all Products with a Fixed Allocation Investment Style, you will pay a reduced management fee, calculated as follows:
i. Where the total value invested is up to and including £400,000:
· 0.3% per year of the total value invested
ii. Where the total value invested is above £400,000:
· Our standard management fee rate applicable to this investment style, which is a blended rate calculated as follows:
o 0.45% per year on the first £100,000; plus
o 0.25% per year on any amount above £100,000.
This will result in a blended rate, which on investment values of this amount will always be less than 0.3%. We apply this rate to ensure that you benefit from the lowest rate possible, whether or not you take advantage of this Offer.
c) Minimum investment amounts apply per Product and will need to be satisfied to benefit from this Offer.
d) The promotional fee rate you receive as part of this Offer will apply for the entire duration of your continued investment with JPM PI.
e) If a J.P. Morgan Employee (as defined below) opens a Junior ISA, it will benefit from this Offer. However, Junior ISAs of the nominated friend or family member will not benefit from this Offer.
f) This Offer cannot be used to invest into a 100%-cash pot.
2. Who are these Offer T&Cs between?
You – a J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. employee and/or their nominated friend or family member, in the UK, who takes advantage of this Offer.
Us – J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (“JPM PI”), a trading name of J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Limited, so whenever you see ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’, you know who we’re referring to.
3. Who can take advantage of this Offer?
a) This Offer is only available if you meet the eligibility requirements in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions and you are:
o an employee of J.P Morgan Chase Bank N.A. (“J.P. Morgan Employee”). Please note, this excludes contingent workers or contractors; or
o a friend or family member nominated by a J.P. Morgan Employee.
b) Each J.P Morgan Employee may only nominate one friend or family member to also benefit from this Offer.
c) If you require support regarding your friend or family nomination, please reach out to us using the contact details provided in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions.
4. How to register for this Offer if you are not an existing JPM PI customer?
a) If you are a J.P. Morgan Employee, you must:
a. open a JPM PI account via the following link: https://www.personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com/promo/jp-morgan; and
b. enter your J.P. Morgan work email address into the dedicated email field.
b) If you are a friend or family member of a J.P. Morgan Employee:
a. you must open a JPM PI account via the following link: https://www.personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com/promo/jp-morgan; and
b. the J.P. Morgan Employee must nominate you by entering your email address in the dedicated email field via the following link: https://www.personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com/promo/jp-morgan.
Please note, the email addressed used to open your JPM PI account must match the email address submitted by the J.P. Morgan Employee.
c) Provided that you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3, the Offer will be applied automatically to your JPM PI account within thirty (30) days of the funds in your JPM PI account first being traded. The “first traded date” is the date on which you first make an investment with JPM PI. You will not need to take any further action.
5. How to register for this Offer if you are an existing JPM PI customer?
a) If you are a J.P. Morgan Employee, you must contact JPM PI at support@personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com using your J.P. Morgan email address, request for the Offer to be applied and provide your JPM PI account number.
b) If you are a friend or family member of a J.P. Morgan Employee, the J.P. Morgan Employee who nominated you must contact JPM PI at support@personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com from their J.P. Morgan e-mail address, request for the Offer to be applied and provide your email address and JPM PI account number.
c) The Offer will be applied to your JPM PI account within thirty (30) days of JPM PI confirming receipt of the J.P Morgan employee’s email.
6. When will my Offer end?
a) The Offer will still apply to you and your friend or family member if you leave J.P. Morgan, however please contact us to replace your J.P. Morgan email address with your personal one.
b) The Offer will be removed if you are no longer a J.P. Morgan Employee, cease to be a JPM PI customer and then rejoin.
7. General Terms
a) The terms of your JPM PI account are set out in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions as well as in any other terms we gave you when you opened your account. Please refer to the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions if you want to know about how JPM PI provides investment services to you, including our fees and charges and compensation arrangements. Capitalised words in these Offer T&Cs have the same meaning as in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, unless they are expressly given a different meaning here.
b) If there is an inconsistency between (a) these Offer T&Cs and (b) the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, these Offer T&Cs will apply to the Offer only.
c) In addition to the promotional fee rate, additional costs may apply to your investments, for example where we carry out transactions on your behalf. More detail can be found in the Schedule of fees and charges of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions.
d) We may change, terminate or withdraw this Offer immediately without notice to you in cases of:
i. suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules;
ii. your failure to comply with any obligations under these Offer T&Cs; or
iii. unexpected operational constraints.
e) Where the Offer is changed, terminated or withdrawn, these Offer T&Cs will no longer apply.
f) We may terminate or withdraw this Offer at any time by giving you reasonable written notice before this happens.
g) We may change these Offer T&Cs at any time. Any changes we make to these Offer T&Cs will be effective immediately on posting to the website. Unless legal or regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so or where the change is not to your disadvantage (e.g. making these terms easier to understand), we will give you reasonable prior written notice of any change to these Offer T&Cs before these take effect.
h) Your continued participation following any changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any changes you should withdraw from this Offer. If you have any questions about any changes, please contact us - our details are in Section 8 below.
i) English law applies to this agreement and to any dealings we had before you and we entered into this agreement.
j) The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to hear any disputes about this agreement, unless you live in another part of the UK in which case any disputes may be brought in that part of the UK.
k) Your personal data will be treated in line with the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Privacy Policy which can be found here.
