These terms add to our Standard Terms and Conditions. If there’s a conflict between any of these terms and our Standard Terms and Conditions, then the term here will apply.

1. Who is eligible

• This offer is only open to individuals who have not yet invested with JPM PI.

• To open a JPM PI account you will need to meet the eligibility requirements in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of our Standard Terms and Conditions, including being a UK resident and not a US person.

• You also need a valid The British Airways Club membership to get this offer.

2. How to get this offer

(1) By 23:59 on 31 July 2026:

• Fully complete and submit the promotion registration form via: https://www.personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com/boosted-avios#form. Provide a valid The British Airways Club membership number in the registration form.

• Open a JPM PI account if you don’t already have one using the same email address used to register for the offer.

• Open a JPM PI investment product which can be a: Stocks and Shares ISA, Junior ISA, Lifetime ISA, Personal Pension or General Investment Account (‘eligible products’). You only need to open one product and you will not receive additional Avios if you open more than one product. You will not be eligible if you only contribute to a 100%-cash pot.

• Make a minimum investment of at least £500 into your chosen product, which meets the following criteria:

- Be paid in one payment totalling £500 or more (not multiple smaller payments or payments into multiple products).

- Be a net new investment contribution and not a transfer of an existing product from an existing provider (as unfortunately we can’t guarantee that the transfer will complete during the entry period).

(2) Keep at least the offer minimum investment of £500 invested from 00:00 on 1 August 2026 until 23:59 on 1 February 2027 (‘investment period’).

If your balance is less than this because you have withdrawn from, transferred out of, or closed your JPM PI account, you will no longer be eligible for the offer. Returns on your investments will count towards your total balance but we will not deduct any losses. If you would meet the £500 minimum were it not for market losses on your investments, you will still remain eligible.

3. About your Avios reward

• Your Avios will be awarded within 55 days of the end of the investment period.

• Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions. For full details see: https://www.britishairways.com/content/the-british-airways-club/about-the-club/terms-and-conditions.

• JPM PI will share your last name and The British Airways Club membership number with Avios in order to credit the Avios into your account.

• JPM PI makes all decisions about this offer except for how the Avios programme works, which is subject to The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions. You can only take advantage of one offer with us for new investors when you start investing. We may, at our discretion, make additional or alternative offers available to certain eligible clients. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for all our offers.

4. Making changes to this offer

• We may change, suspend or end this offer at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately on posting to the website.

• Unless legal or regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so or the change is not to your disadvantage, we will give you reasonable prior written notice.

• We may suspend or end the offer on an individual or offer-wide basis.

• If we reasonably suspect that you are abusing this offer or find that you have breached these terms, then we may withhold or reverse any referral awards paid to you.
