You/your – this means the person who is benefitting from this promotion.

Us/We/Our – this means J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (“JPM PI”), a trading name of J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Limited the promoter of this promotion.

1. The Promotion and Your agreement with JPM PI

1.1. As part of this Promotion, we are offering a reward of 5,000 Avios (“Avios Reward”), provided that you complete the steps set out in these Promotional Offer T&Cs whilst this promotion is available (the “Promotion”).

1.2. This Promotion cannot be claimed:

(a) together with any other JPM PI offer or promotion for New Customers (defined in Section 2.2 below), unless stated otherwise;

(b) more than once for an individual customer; or

(c) to invest into a JPM PI 100%-cash pot.

1.3. To receive the Avios Reward, you must have a The British Airways Club membership. If you don't already have one and would like to receive the Avios Reward, please set up a membership before completing the steps in Section 3 below.

1.4. The main agreement between you and JPM PI is set out in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, which are available here. The J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions govern how JPM PI will provide investment services to you.

1.5. The terms set out in this document are the “Promotional Offer T&Cs”. The Promotional Offer T&Cs set out the basis on which we offer this Promotion.

1.6. Some of the terms in the Promotional Offer T&Cs amend the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions. You should read both sets of T&Cs before redeeming this offer.

1.7. The capitalised words in these Promotional Offer T&Cs have the same meaning as in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, unless they are expressly given a different meaning here.

1.8. If there is an inconsistency between (a) the Promotional Offer T&Cs; and (b) J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, these Promotional Offer T&Cs will apply.

1.9. The terms for redeeming the Avios Reward are set out in the British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.

1.10. If you open a JPM PI account by taking the steps explained in Section 3 below, please note both T&Cs, the Promotional Offer T&Cs and the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, will apply to you.

2. Who is able to benefit from this Promotion?

2.1. This Promotion is open to New Customers only.

2.2. “New Customers” are individuals who, at the date of opening a JPM PI account:

a) have not invested with, or used the services of, JPM PI before; and

b) meet the eligibility requirements in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Terms and Conditions, including being UK resident and not a US person.

3. How to receive the Avios Reward

3.1. In order for you to receive the Avios Reward, whilst this Promotion is live you must do each of the following things:

a) Fully complete and submit the promotion registration form via the relevant link: personalinvesting.jpmorgan.com/avios

b) Provide a valid The British Airways Club (BAC) membership number in the promotion registration form;

c) Open one of the following eligible products using the same email address used to register for the Promotion;

i) Stocks and Shares ISA;

ii) Junior ISA;

iii) Lifetime ISA;

iv) Personal Pension; or

v) General investment account

(each, an “Eligible Product”)

d) Make a minimum investment when you open your Eligible Product of £500, which must be paid in one payment (not multiple).

4. Additional terms applicable to this Promotion

4.1. Terms and conditions apply to Avios redemptions. Reward flights are subject to availability. Taxes, fees and carrier charges apply. Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions. 4.2. JPM PI is the sole arbiter of this Promotion excluding the redemption of Avios which are subject to The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.

5. When and how will the Avios Reward be applied?

5.1. The Avios Reward will be awarded to you’re the British Airways Club account within 55 days from the date you first make an investment with JPM PI, provided that the amount you have invested in the Eligible Product (listed above at Section 3) meets the minimum value of £500.

5.2. If you fail to provide to JPM PI a valid The British Airways Club membership number, we may make reasonable attempts to contact you, but JPM PI is unable to award the Avios Reward if a valid number is not provided.

6. General Terms

6.1. We may change, terminate or withdraw the Promotion: immediately, at any time without notice to you in cases of:

a) suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules;

b) your failure to comply with any obligations under these Promotional Offer T&Cs; or

c) unexpected operational constraints.

Where the Promotion is changed, terminated or withdrawn in accordance with this section, these Promotional Offer T&Cs will no longer apply.

6.2. We may terminate or withdraw this Promotion at any time by giving you reasonable written notice before this happens.

6.3. We may change these Promotional Offer T&Cs at any time. Any changes we make to these Promotional Offer T&Cs will be effective immediately on posting to the website. Unless legal or regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so or the change is not to your disadvantage (e.g. making these terms easier to understand), we will give you reasonable prior written notice of any change to these Promotional Offer T&Cs before these take effect.

6.4. Your continued participation following any changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any changes you should withdraw from this Promotion. If you have any questions about any changes, please contact us - our details are in Section 7 below.

6.5. English law applies to this agreement and to any dealings we had before you and we entered into this agreement.

6.6. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to hear any disputes about this agreement, unless you live in another part of the UK in which case any disputes may be brought in that part of the UK.

6.7. Your personal data will be treated in line with JPM PI’s Privacy Policy which can be found here. Please note that we will share your last name and BAC membership number with Avios, in order to credit the Avios Reward into your customer account.

· tell us as soon as possible if your contact details change; and

· check your secure messages regularly.
