These Promotional Offer T&Cs were last updated on Monday 16th February.
You/your – this means the person who is benefitting from this 6-months 0% portfolio management fees promotion (“Promotion”).
Us/We/Our – this means J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (“JPM PI”), a trading name of J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Limited the promoter of this Promotion.
1. The Promotion
1.1 We are offering a promotional rate of 0% portfolio management fees to new eligible clients for a period of six (6) months (“Promotional Fee Rate”) on investments held with JPM PI when you make a minimum investment of £500 (“Promotion Minimum Investment Amount”) between 00:00 on 16 February 2026 and 23:59 on 5 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Section 2 sets out who is eligible for this Promotion and Section 4 sets out how to participate.
1.2. Other costs and charges are payable, as set out in the Schedule of Fees and Charges in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Promotion Minimum Investment Amount needs to be a new contribution and not a transfer from another provider. If you join JPM PI on this Promotion, you are unable to take advantage of other joining offers exclusively for those who are new, unless otherwise stated.
2. Who is able to benefit from this Promotion?
2.1. The Promotion is only available to “Eligible Participants”. Eligible Participants are either:
- Individuals who have not previously invested with JPM PI (either directly through the JPM PI website or app or through Chase (Chase is a trading name of J.P. Morgan Europe Limited)); or
- Select existing Chase customers who have not previously invested with JPM PI who are invited to participate in this Promotion; and in both cases
- Follow the applicable Eligible Entry Route (set out in Section 4) to participate in the Promotion; and,
- Meet the eligibility requirements in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions, including being a UK resident and not a US person.
3. What JPM PI products does the Promotion apply to?
3.1. The Promotion is available in respect of the following JPM PI products:
- Stocks and Shares ISA;
- Junior ISA;
- Lifetime ISA;
- Personal Pension; and
- General Investment Account
each an "Eligible Product" and together the "Eligible Products".
3.2. Once you start receiving the Promotional Fee Rate on an Eligible Product, you will also receive the Promotional Fee Rate on any subsequent Eligible Products you open, for the remainder of the Promotion. The six (6) month 0% portfolio management fee period will commence from when your first Eligible Product is first traded by JPM PI, for all Eligible Products. For example, if you open a Lifetime ISA which is first traded on 1 March 2026 and then on 1 April 2026 open a Personal Pension, the Personal Pension will have a 0% portfolio management fee period of 5-months.
3.3 If you open multiple Eligible Products: Junior ISA products need to be opened within the same month you open your first Eligible Product with JPM PI (which could be a Stocks and Shares ISA, a Junior ISA, a Lifetime ISA, a Personal Pension or a General Investment Account) in order to qualify for the Promotion, as explained further in Section 5.4.
3.4. The Promotion cannot be used:
- together with any other joining offer or promotion which is exclusive for clients who are new to investing with JPM PI, unless stated otherwise; or
- to invest into a 100%-cash pot.
4. How to receive the Promotional Fee Rate?
4.1. In order to receive the Promotional Fee Rate, Eligible Participants must do all the following within the Promotion Period:
4.1 a) If you are an existing Chase customer invited to participate:
- Fully complete and submit the Promotion registration form via the relevant link provided in your invitation email from Chase for the Promotion;
- Open a JPM PI account if you have not already using the same email address used to register;
- Contribute at least the Promotion Minimum Investment Amount across any Eligible Product(s) you open. This needs to be a new investment contribution, not a transfer from an existing product or provider.
4.1 b) All other Eligible Participants:
- Open a JPM PI account directly through the JPM PI website or app;
- Contribute at least the Promotion Minimum Investment Amount through the JPM PI website or app across any Eligible Product(s) you open. This needs to be a new investment contribution, not a transfer from an existing product or provider.
(each, an “Eligible Entry Route”)
4.2. All Eligible Products have their own standard minimum investment amount (set out in Section 1.1. of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions), which by contributing the Promotion Minimum Investment Amount will be fulfilled. For our General Investment Account, Stocks and Shares ISA and Personal Pension, the standard minimum investment amount is £500. For our Lifetime ISA and Junior ISA, this is £100.
4.3. If you open multiple Eligible Products, you still need to meet the standard product minimum investment amount for each product opened and the overall total you contribute needs to meet the Promotion Minimum Investment Amount across all Eligible Products opened,
4.4. Once you have completed the applicable steps at Section 4.1 above, the Promotional Fee Rate will be applied automatically to your JPM PI account, and you will not need to take any further action. The timeframe for when the Promotional Fee Rate will be applied is explained in Section 5.1 below.
4.5. If you do not follow all the applicable steps in Section 4.1 correctly, we will not be able to apply the Promotional Fee Rate to your JPM PI account. In this case, JPM PI’s standard fees and charges will apply as set out in the Schedule of Fees and Charges in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions.
4.6. If you notice that you have not signed up correctly and/or the Promotional Fee Rate has not been applied to your JPM PI account, please contact our Client Support team – our details are in Section 7 below.
5. When and how will the Promotional Fee Rate be applied?
5.1. The Promotional Fee Rate will be applied within forty-five (45) days of the funds in your JPM PI account first being traded.
5.2. The Promotional Fee Rate will apply for a period of six (6) months from the date on which it was first applied to the funds in your JPM PI account. After those six (6) months, JPM PI’s standard fees and charges for your chosen product will apply. These are set out in the Schedule of fees and charges of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions. You can contact us (our details are in Section 7) if you have any questions, or if you want to know the length of time your account has remaining on the Promotional Fee Rate.
5.3. In addition to the Promotional Fee Rate, costs and charges apply to your investments, for example where we carry out transactions on your behalf. More detail can be found in the Schedule of Fees and Charges of the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions.
5.4. Important Information: If you open a Junior ISA (or Junior ISAs) during the Promotion Period, the Promotional Fee Rate can be applied only if the Junior ISA(s) are opened in the same month you invest in your first product with JPM PI (which could be a Stocks and Shares ISA, a Junior ISA, a Lifetime ISA, a Personal Pension or a General Investment Account). The Promotional Fee Rate will not be applied to Junior ISAs opened in subsequent months. For example:
- if you invest in a Lifetime ISA in March, you must also open a Junior ISA in March for the Junior ISA to benefit from the Promotional Fee Rate. A Junior ISA opened in April, for example, will not be eligible; or
- if the first Eligible Product you open is a Junior ISA, the Promotional Fee Rate will only apply to subsequent Junior ISA product(s) that you open in the same month as you opened the first Junior ISA product.
6. General Terms
6.1. The main agreement between you and JPM PI is set out in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions, which are available here. The J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions govern how JPM PI will provide investment services to you.
6.2. The terms set out here are the “Promotional Offer T&Cs”. The Promotional Offer T&Cs set out the basis on which we offer the Promotion. Some of the terms in the Promotional Offer T&Cs amend the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions. You should read both sets of T&Cs before redeeming the Promotion.
6.3. The capitalised words in these Promotional Offer T&Cs have the same meaning as in the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions, unless they are expressly given a different meaning here.
6.4. If there is an inconsistency between (a) the Promotional Offer T&Cs; and (b) the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions, these Promotional Offer T&Cs will apply.
6.5. If you open a JPM PI account by taking the steps explained in Section 4.1 above, please note that both T&Cs, the Promotional Offer T&Cs and the J.P. Morgan Personal Investing Standard Terms and Conditions, will apply to you.
6.6. We may change, terminate or withdraw this Promotion immediately, at any time without notice to you in cases of:
- suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules;
- your failure to comply with any obligations under these Promotional Offer T&Cs; or
- unexpected operational constraints.
Any promotional links included in emails for this Promotion are personal to the recipient and should not be shared.
6.7. Where the Promotion is changed, terminated or withdrawn in accordance with this section, these Promotional Offer T&Cs will no longer apply.
6.8. We may terminate or withdraw this Promotion any time by giving you reasonable written notice before this happens.
6.9. We may change these Promotional Offer T&Cs at any time. Any changes we make to these Promotional Offer T&Cs will be effective immediately on posting to the website. Unless legal or regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so or the change is not to your disadvantage (e.g. making these terms easier to understand), we will give you reasonable prior written notice of any change to these Promotional Offer T&Cs before these take effect.
6.10. Your continued participation following any changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any changes you should withdraw from this Promotion.
6.11. English law applies to this agreement and to any dealings we had before you and we entered into this agreement.
6.12. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to hear any disputes about this agreement, unless you live in another part of the UK in which case any disputes may be brought in that part of the UK.
6.13. Your personal data will be treated in line with JPM PI's Privacy Policy which can be found here.
