Bola joined the team in 2023 and manages portfolio construction and asset allocation on a strategic and tactical basis. Previously, she worked as a derivatives portfolio manager covering both liability management and equity overlay portfolios. Before that, Bola worked as a software engineer, building portfolio management and trading functionality across various asset classes. She's a CFA Charterholder and holds the FRM certification.
